Heels That Go Bling

KELSEY SHOES (There’s No Place Like Home. There’s No Place Like Home).

I keep walking by these shoes downstairs in our showroom, secretly coveting them… it’s sort of a high-fashion-Dorothy pair of lucky shoes. They are from the Jonathan Kelsey Fall 2010 collection so keep an eye open for them.

Intermix’s New Look

(Print Campaign – Intermix for S/S)

A hearty congratulations to Orphan studio for art direction on the new Intermix campaign. We’ve noticed their overall branding efforts are much more adult and chic the last 2 campaigns… a departure from the usual “teeny bopper” vibe of the old logo. Behold the new Spring/Summer 2010 campaign for the power retailer responsible for selling top designers from Stella McCartney to Balmain.

The look and feel for this season is “the drip”. Both the print campaign and the viral video have a colorful rainbow spectrum of paint permeating the image of a classic bohemian woman.
