Marketing Deal between Britney Spears and Candies

Candie’s (a brand of Iconix Brand Group Inc) and Kohl’s Department Stores Announce an Exclusive Multi-Platform Marketing Partnership With Britney Spears. This is yet another example of a Music/Brand relationship illustrating the new paradigm for mutual co-promotion.

Spears will appear in Candie’s Only at Kohl’s Department Stores 2009 print, television, in-store and online marketing campaign. Candie’s and Kohl’s will also sponsor Spears’ upcoming tour, beginning March 3.

Past Candie’s girls include Fergie, Pat Benatar, Cheyenne Kimball, Hilary Duff, Ashlee Simpson, Kelly Clarkson, Destiny’s Child, Ashanti, Alyssa Milano, Dixie Chicks and Jenny McCarthy.
