… desperately trying to get everything done before I go away to Ibiza on Monday, woo hoo! First point of call after getting home is  to go for a run, I need to get this body bikini fit in exactly 4 days (mental note to start earlier next year!). Half an hour later and following a series of heart palpitations it’s time to pack- does simply throwing anything remotely summer-y into a case count? Let the countdown begin, two days and I’ll be off on that plane with two girlfriends for a serious weekend of fun. Adios Starworks Family, until the 16^th, I’ll send you a postcard.

At 1:30 today, instead of attempting to avoid ‘carmageddon’, I am driving to Malibu with my twin sister to pick up our friend for her birthday. We are going to Las Vegas to watch my friend Ronnie’s band, Big Talk, play their first show. Check them out! They are baller.

This weekend I am celebrating a friend’s 30^th birthday and a group of us are driving up to Indian Head Canoes on the borders of NY, PA and NJ to stay at an “Adirondack-Style Deluxe Cabin” until Sunday evening. We will embark on a Delaware River rafting adventure nestled between the lush forest mountains of the Poconos and Catskills.  We will pack our swimsuits, bug spray, some music and a cooler full of booze for the day.  Can’t wait to be one with nature!
